If you have a question, concern, or are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You can email us at support@sdgpub.com or call us at 419-651-0842 and leave a voice message.

Book returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an Essential Practices book(s) from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your book(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your items need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your book, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or PayPal account. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Tax refunds

If you qualify for tax exempt status, you can request a tax refund by submitting a scanned copy of your tax exemption documentation (in PDF format) by e-mail to support@sdgpub.com.

Important:  Please include the following in your email:

  • The name of the person and/or church that purchased the book(s).
  • The date of the purchase and amount of the purchase.
  • A fully-filled out Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate.
